Katie wasn't in the mood to impress anyone with her hairstyle she sported to the 2011 Emmy's. This simple bun is perhaps too informal for an awards ceremony but Katie wasn't a nominee so she thought it didn't matter. A little product maybe would have tamed fly-away strand adding a little shine and hold would have taken 2 minutes to apply.
