Tila Tequila stunned onlookers at the Launch of the Scarlet HD TV Series at the Pacific Design Center in LA with lovely long locks draped over her shoulders. The back of her hair had added shape thanks to long layers (that also effectively enhanced her wave). For a sexy finish, her front layers- starting from her jaw line- were shaped down to the ends.
